WOW! We were overwhelmed and elated with the exceptional quality of art at the 2019 exhibit. 129 artists from throughout Texas entered a total of 265 pieces of artwork. Our Juror, Pat Gabriel, selected 122 artworks for the exhibit. The selected artwork consists of a variety of mediums, subject matter, and exceptional quality that provides a feast for both the eyes and emotions of those attending the exhibit. The Salon des Refusés, sponsored by the Brownwood Art Association, took in a number of pieces of artwork that were not accepted at the Stars Exhibit for display and sale. The Brownwood Art Association Art Center is located at 215 Fisk Ave and will be open to the public each day, February 4th. thru the 17th. We are expecting the TWENTY-SECOND EXHIBIT to be even better and bigger, as each year the quality and number of entries continues to improve and grow.
